True Vine Global Outreach, Inc. is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, humanitarian assistance, and sustainable development. Guided by our faith in Jesus Christ, we seek to provide hope, opportunity, and practical support to those in need while fostering lasting change for future generations.

Our Mission
Our mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ by supporting educational initiatives, humanitarian outreach, and community development projects that improve the quality of life for children, families, and communities around the world.
Food, clothing, shoes, blankets, and other supplies are donated to help improve the lives of the children living in this orphanage
Boxes and barrels of supplies are shipped. Barrels are reused to hold water and to keep rice and other supplies dry during the rainy season
Many children cannot afford to attend school. True Vine Global Outreach helps provide access to Christ-centered education through sponsorships and community partnerships.

Ingri Tutu
Founder & CEO
Ingri Tutu founded True Vine Global Outreach from a deep conviction that faith and compassion should inspire action. With more than 20 years of experience in education and leadership, she has devoted her life to helping others grow, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. Her passion for serving vulnerable communities led her to establish True Vine Global Outreach, where she works alongside trusted local partners to provide education, healthcare, and other essential resources to communities in need. Committed to building lasting relationships and sustainable solutions, Ingri believes meaningful change begins by listening to local communities and empowering them to lead their own future. Her desire is to reflect Christ's love through practical service while creating opportunities that bring hope, dignity, and lasting transformation.
Tami Howell
Treasurer
Tami Howell brings a lifetime of service, leadership, and faith-based ministry to True Vine Global Outreach. After a 26-year career in elementary education in Iowa, she continued serving others through her work in banking and missionary outreach in the United States, Taiwan, and Australia. Tami has faithfully led praise and worship ministries and facilitated Life Groups for many years. Her servant's heart, strong financial stewardship, and passion for helping those in need make her a valued member of the True Vine Global Outreach leadership team.
Shirley Peterson
Secretary
Shirley Peterson brings extensive leadership, administrative, and volunteer experience to True Vine Global Outreach. Throughout her career, she worked with 3M and Honeywell and managed a medical practice for many years. She has a heart for service, volunteering with hospice, participating in mission work in the United States and Jamaica, and helping sponsor refugees from Laos. Shirley is actively involved in her local church through various committees and Bible study groups. Her dedication to service, faith, and community outreach reflects the heart of True Vine Global Outreach's mission.
Dr. Thomas Pelant
Medical Advisor
Dr. Thomas Pelant brings decades of medical experience and a heart for global outreach. Through financial donations and medical consulting he has helped advise treatment for malaria, typhoid fever, and other illnesses affecting underserved populations. Dr. Pelant also consults with TVGO's international partners on healthcare concerns including maternal health, childhood malnutrition, infectious diseases, and community health initiatives. His knowledge and commitment help strengthen the organization's efforts to improve health outcomes in vulnerable communities.
Jane Pelant
Donations Coordinator
Jane Pelant serves as Donations Coordinator for True Vine Global Outreach, helping identify and secure resources, donated supplies, and support for the organization's outreach efforts. As a business owner and mother of seven children, 14 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, she has dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She has served her community well and has mastered multi-tasking at the black belt level. Through her events planning and floral business, Jane regularly blesses individuals and families with acts of kindness and encouragement. Guided by a strong Christian faith and a servant's heart, she is passionate about connecting resources with those in need and supporting our mission to serve vulnerable communities around the world.

Our International Partners are trusted local leaders who live and serve within the communities where our projects take place. Their deep cultural understanding, established relationships, and servant leadership help ensure our work is sustainable, community-driven, and responsive to local needs.
J Boima Kiazolu
Country Partner – Liberia
JB is a respected Christian leader and community advocate in Liberia. He is married to Teta E Ross-Kiazolu and serves as Lead Pastor for the Church of God of the Messiah Jesus Christ. He is also Founder and Director of Free Women In Christ Ministry, and Interim Community Chairperson for Caldwell Community (Block A). His leadership and principled nature make him the core and central resource for his community. Through his ministry, JB has supported the construction of a school for women, and created programs that equip women with practical skills such as baking, sewing, hair braiding, and soap making, empowering them to earn a living and support their families. Under his leadership, he has also coordinated the hand-dug construction of more than 40 water wells, providing access to clean drinking water. JB is known as a faithful disciple of Christ, a trusted community leader, and a man of prayer who leads by example. His compassion, integrity, and commitment to serving others have made him a source of hope and support for many individuals and families throughout Liberia. He is a trusted and integral source for the success of our outreach program.
Teta Ross-Kiazolu
International Partnerships Advisor
Originally from Liberia and now based in the United States, Teta serves as an International Advisor to True Vine Global Outreach. She provides valuable cultural insight, community connections, and strategic guidance that help strengthen the organization's outreach efforts and partnerships in Liberia. Her experience and relationships support effective communication and collaboration between local communities and international stakeholders.
Francis Kutubebi
Country Partner - Ghana
Francis Kutuobi serves as True Vine Global Outreach's Humanitarian Outreach Partner in Ghana. Through his organization, Relief Foundation, he helps identify needs and distributes resources to orphanages, hospitals, underserved communities, and remote villages. Francis plays an important role in coordinating local outreach efforts and ensuring donated supplies reach those who need them most. His commitment to serving vulnerable populations and improving lives through practical assistance makes him a valued partner in advancing TVGO's mission throughout Ghana.
